  • Here at The Barbell Project, we cater to anyone who is keen to better themselves and reach that fitness goal. Whether you’re a newbie and looking for a place to start out, or you’re a full-blown gym junkie who loves the grind, we’re for you. Get onto our 2 week trial today to see if we are the right fit for you.

  • Not at all! In fact if you feel you are unfit then the gym is probably the best replace for you right now. One thing is certain though, with our energy and passion for helping others you’ll soon be as fit as a fiddle after joining.

  • You can come as many times in the week as you’d like, the trainers are highly qualified to make sure you don’t burn out and avoid risk of any injuries through overtraining, so your in the safest hands possible, my friend.

  • Yes! Though we don't have a Creche, we have a Kids Corner with toys, books and a TV. They are your responsibility whether they are in the room or end up joining you for your session right beside you! (it happens!).

IT AIN’T SHOWY, THERE’RE NO FACADES, JUST LEAVE YOUR SHIT AT THE DOOR AND TAKE A MINUTE TO SIMPLY BE YOURSELF, ACCEPTED, APPRECIATED AND CHAMPIONED. IT’S RAW, IT’S AUTHENTIC, AND IT FEELS GOOD.
