    These classes are jam packed with intense functional fitness based workouts that will truely push YOU to your potential.

    We strip back the heavy weights and make these high intensity fitness classes one to surely help improve your cardio health through various movements with, Bodyweight, Kettlebell, Dumbbell, Erg Machines and much much more.

    We take pride knowing that our MAYHEM sessions are perfectly designed to push your fitness to the next level, BUT, do not fear.. these workouts can also be scaled to suit ABSOLUTELY ANYBODY'S fitness level so that we can all enjoy the same challenging workout together.

    Our Women's SWAT classes are a strength-focused program designed to enhance your progress in the gym and teach you the essential values of strength training.

    No matter what experience in the realm of weight training you've had before, our strength programs involve movements intended to create a strong body where ABSOLUTELY anybody can jump in and get started with us.

    In this class you'll find other like- minded women, with an unbreakable connection that uplift and encourage one another every step of the way.

    Our female-only classes will have you build your version of STRONG in a friendly and supportive environment.

    Our SWAT team is a strength focused class designed to break you through that nasty plateau and hit strength levels you never thought were possible. These sessions will progress you slowly and teach you the key values of strength training and its impact it can have on any individual.

    In this class you'll find an unbreakable bond of team mates who will motivate you, push you and be there along the way with you as we train by our slogan...STRENGTH IN NUMBERS. We all get stronger TOGETHER!
